PureGeek is a group of highly qualified, friendly and reliable computer consultants who have a real interest in helping you to get the most use from your computer and/or the internet. PureGeek is headed by Marty Rush who spent seven years at InfoStructure helping people with their computer problems over the phone and in person. Five years as the Head of Technical Support, and two years as the Technical Sales Manager (in charge of the Rent-a-Tech program) have given Marty a thorough understanding of how people want to use their computers and that most people don't want to spend a couple of hours or days or weeks trying to solve a problem every time they sit down to use their computers.

Nothing about computers works 100% of the time. Is there anything that does?

• When our cars break down, we have a mechanic that helps us get back on the road again without us having to learn how to change the head gaskets before we can drive to the store.
• When our bodies break down, we have a doctor we can call to get us back in the saddle again without us having to learn physiology, pharmacology, or surgery before we can get back to work again.
• When our "Sunday-go-to-meetin'" clothes get a spot on them, we have dry cleaners that can get that spot out without us having to learn what perchloroethylene is, and how it works. (Although, if you're curious, you can find out.)

There is a problem with all of these examples though. With a very few exceptions, mechanics have a shop that they need you to bring your car to, they don't come to your car. The last time a doctor made a house call, Calvin Coolidge was still in office! And I have NEVER found a dry cleaner that would hike his equipment to my house to remove a gravy spot from my slacks!
